Ginger oil is now extracted from freshly distilled ginger root. Its citrus-like, fresh scent with a spicy, fruity note is impressive. It is also mild and very kind to the skin. Ginger oil relieves nausea and (travel) sickness and leads to greater well-being in the case of intestinal cramps. In addition, it improves appetite when the oil is inhaled, e.g. using an inhaler pen or a handkerchief. The digestive and antispasmodic effect helps with stomach aches and intestinal cramps. Together with a clockwise colon massage, it can bring about emptying in the case of constipation. It is often used in therapeutic mixtures, especially for "mental stomach aches", as it has a balancing and mentally stabilizing effect. It is also suitable for treating cold-related complaints such as colds, bronchitis and rheumatism.

Recipe tips:

• Mixture for your "Nausea Away" Smelling Bottle
  Mix 3 drops of organic ginger, 4 drops of cardamom and 4 drops of organic peppermint. If you feel nauseous, carefully sniff your personal sniffing bottle several times.

  Mix 1 drop of organic angelica root, 4 drops of organic grapefruit, 2 drops of organic ginger, 1 drop of rose damascena 10%, 3 drops of tonka extract in 50 ml of PRIMAVERA organic almond oil. The oil can be used for oil compresses and several times a day as a clockwise abdominal massage.
