    1. Pour 350ml of cold water + spice powder into a pan, mix well and bring to a boil. 2. Once the water boils, add the mie noodles and simmer over medium heat, stirring, for 5 minutes, allowing the liquid to reduce. 3. Finally, mix in the spiced oil. Done. Enjoy! Tip: Add toppings as desired, such as pak choi, carrot strips, fried mushrooms (e.g. enoki mushrooms), fresh coriander and sesame seeds.
