    1. Pour 400ml of cold water + spice powder into a pan, mix well and bring to a boil. 2. Once the water boils, add the mie noodles and simmer over medium heat, stirring, for 5 minutes, allowing the liquid to reduce. 3. Finally, mix in the spiced oil. Done. Enjoy! Tip: If you like it extra creamy, simply cook the pasta in milk or a plant-based alternative instead of water.
