Arishtas and Asavas are made especially for AMLA Natur in India.

Due to the complex, traditional manufacturing process, these fermented drinks contain a significant amount of one or more B vitamins, for which scientifically proven effects have been demonstrated that correspond to traditional Ayurvedic claims of effectiveness.

Dietary supplement with natural pantothenic acid and natural niacin*. Traditional Ayurveda traditions describe Ashvagandha as a plant of vitality and strength. The name “Ashvagandha” translates as “the smell of the horse”. In Indian tradition, the plant is said to have the vitality and strength of the horse (not scientifically proven).

The daily dose contains aqueous extract of 3 g Ashvagandha, niacin 9.4 mg = 59% of the NRV value, pantothenic acid 1.70 mg = 28% of the NRV value.

*Pantothenic acid contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal mental performance and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. *Niacin contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal psychological function and the normal functioning of the nervous system.
