    One cooking bag makes about 2 portions as a side dish: 1. Bring plenty of water (about 1 liter per bag) to the boil in a pot, add a little sea salt if desired. 2. Lay the cooking bag flat in the boiling water. Simmer with the lid closed for 20 minutes. 3. Use a fork to remove the cooking bag from the water by the loop and allow to drain. Cut open the bag, serve the tender spelt and enjoy.
